Padua
Padua is a little city located 25 km away from Venice. The rivers Brenta and Bacchiglione flow through the village and have marked the development of the city.

In this town you can not miss the Basilica of San Antonio, a building of great exterior and interior beauty, with its Romantic façade, Byzantine domes and Gothic tower and bell towers.

Here you can also visit the biggest square of Italy, Prato della Valle, and admire its night-time beauty.
Venice
Venice is located in the Northwest of Italy and it is constituted of 188 islands connected by water canals where the vaporettos are used by people to move around the city.

In this city you must visit Saint Mark Square, the imposing Basilica and Ducal Palace, also located in this square. You can not miss the 4 bridges that cross the Grand Canal, especially the Rialto Bridge, the oldest of them all.

Finally, you must take a gondola ride on the Grand Canal to feel the true Venetian spirit.
Riviera del Brenta
The Riviera del Brenta is a venitian territory between Padua and Venice where you can find the old summer residences of the Italian nobles.

In the past…

Naviglio, a water course that communicated the lake of Venice with Padua, was used as a channel of communication between both places. The nobles used a means of transport called Burchiello that, at the moment, take tourists by these waters showing them the villas of the Riviera.
Among the most important villas are Villa Pisani, Villa La Malcontenta, Villa Foscarini Rossi, Villa Widman, among others.

Motorway A4 direction Venice, exit Padova Est and then SR 11 direction Venice.

By train
From the main stations of Padua or Venice, on arrival take the bus 53 E.
